Fancy pizza designed by a famous gastronomist. Definitely tasty but lacks the charm of a dingy hole in the wall pizza joint. They have this salad they call "potato chip salad" that's actually kinda not good in a very confusing way. Feels basically like an emperor has no clothes moment where the chef tosses a bunch of salt and vinegar chips into a very minty dry salad and people act like he invented air travel. It's fine, don't love it actually. But on the other side of the spectrum he makes these little garlicky meatball sliders that blow my mind every time. I could eat 100 in one sitting. I would too if we lived in a just society where I wouldn't be socially punished for the simple crime of stuffing myself silly with meatball sliders in public. America's really gone downhill I can tell you that much.
